observation of Article 123 of the Constitution, I am pleased to remit to your
kind attention the government Bill No. 33018 dated 15/9/1999 concerning the
Third Economic, Social and Cultural Development Plan of the Islamic Republic of
Iran as amended and enacted at the open session of the Islamic Consultative
Assembly on 5/4/2000 (11/1/1379)
and ratified by the Guardian Council.
