Fish and crustaceans, molluscs and other aquatic Invertebrates
Note.
1.- this Chapter does not cover:
(a) Marine mammals (heading No. 01.06) or meat thereof (heading No. 02.08 or 02.10);
(b) Fish (including livers and roes thereof)or crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, dead and unfit or unsuitable for human consumption by reason of either their species of their condition (Chapter 5); flours, meals or pellets of fish or of crustaceans, molluscs or other aquatic invertebrates, unfit for human consumption (heading No.23.01); or
(c) Caviar or caviar substitutes prepared from fish eggs (heading No. 16.04).
2- In this Chapter the term “pellets” means products which have been agglomerated either directly by compression or by the addition of a small quantity of binder.
1- The importation and exportation of marine mammals and parts thereof are subject to the approval of the Environment Protection Organization.
2- The exportation of all the goods covered by this chapter is subject to the approval of the Ministry of Commerce.
