Explanatory remarks to chapter 24*

1- The monopoly of the state Tobacco Company is abrogated.

2- The exemption of the State Tobacco Company from CD and CBT is abrogated.

3- The exportation of the goods covered by this chapter is subject to the approval of the Ministry of Commerce.
