10. Catalogue, Publicity, Photographing and National Day
Catalogue:
1- Each exhibitor will be entitled
to an entry in the fair
catalogue
giving the Name, Address, Telephone, Telex
and Telefax
number
of his company or Organization as well as the main exhibits.
The catalogue
will be arrange in the alphabetical order.
2- Types of goods and exhibits should be submitted to
the centre
for
publicity purposes at least two months before the opening of the
fair.
3- Since the advertising in the official
catalogue is limited,
advertisers
are advised to complete and return the application form
together
with all appropriate expenses to the centre at
least two
months
before the opening of the fair. All prices for advertising in
the
catalogue have been mentioned in the appropriate
applications
form.
The centre reserves the right to accept
or reject the
advertisements.
4- The fair catalogue will be published in both Persian and English
language.
Publicity:
1- Participants who wish to distribute books, films, etc. in their
pavilions
during the fair, should receive prior
approval of the
representative
of the ministry of Culture and Islamic
Guidance
stationed
at the fair.
2- Participants banners or signs must be confined within the
area
of their sites
and must not project into roads and highways.
3- Participants have no right to make comparisons with the goods of
other participants
as propaganda means.
4- It is forbidden to use loud
speakers before obtaining the
written
consent of the centre provided that their use is confined to
the
interior of the pavilion to guide visitors, or broadcast music.
These loud
speakers should not cause disturbing sounds to neighbouring
exhibitors.
5- Participants have no right to put up slogans, placards or
wall
writing inside
the fair.
National Day:
Participants who intend to celebrate their National
Day, should
complete
the appropriate form and submit it to the
centre. Those
wishing
to celebrate their National Day at plaza (inside the
fair
ground) should
pay the amount as mentioned in the applications form.
Photographing:
1- The centre has the right to take photographs
or films of any
part of the
fair for the use in the publications of the fair.
2- Participants shall not be permitted to take pictures inside the
fair
ground without prior permission of the centre under
specific
terms and
conditions.
