Participants  will  have  access to services and facilities such as
 banking,  insurance,  customs,  taxi,  post, telegraph, international
 telephones, speech and film auditorium,, duplicating machines, printing,
 lift-trucks,  flower  and  plants.  Fees  for fair services are calculated on the basis of the current tariffs.
