14. Claims, Joint Liability, Oral Agreement and Infringement
of the
Rules & Regulation
Claims:
Claims by exhibitors against the centre arising from their
stand
rental
and conditions connected there with, will only be accepted up
to 30
working days after the termination of the fair. All complaints
must
be brought to the notice of the
centre for preliminary
consideration
before they are taken to other legal bodies. If
the
centre
does not consider the complaints within
two months after
receiving
them, exhibitors have the right to submit their claims to the
legal
court. Any disputes arising from this
agreement should be
governed
under the jurisdiction of Tehran and suburbs. However, the
laws of the
Islamic Republic of Iran will be applicable.
Joint Liability:
When more than one participant shares a stand, each is responsible
to the fulfilment
of the obligation of these regulations.
Oral Agreement:
Oral Agreements are valid only after they have been confirmed
in
writing.
Infringement
of the Regulations:
If a participant does not observe the rules and regulations,
the
centre has
the right to stop his working in the stand at any time, and
he has no
right to demand compensation. |
