 Article 15. Vacating Exhibition Spaces

    1-  Participants  should  vacate  pavilions  and stands allotted to
 them.  Whether they are in door or our door, from exhibits, decoration
 materials  and  any  other installations and return them to the former
 state  and  hand  them  over to the centre not later 10 days after the
 termination of the fair.
    2-  In  case  a  participant shall not vacate his pavilion after 10
 days  allowed  the  centre  is  not  responsible for damages caused by
 remaining the exhibits in the pavilions and stands.
    3-  Imported goods will be transferred to the customs warehouse and
 customs  regulations  will  be  applied  on  them  one month after the
 termination of the fair.
    4-  In  case  a participant shall not vacate his pavilion and stand
 (indoor or our door) in due time, he should pay as follows:

            Covered Area:
                 1 - 30  days US $5   sq. m./daily
                30 - 60  days US $15  sq. m./daily
                60 - 90  days US $40  sq. m./daily
                90 - 120 days US $100 sq. m./daily
             Open Area:
                 1 - 30  days US $3   sq. m./daily
                30 - 60  days US $9   sq. m./daily
                60 - 90  days US $24  sq. m./daily
                90 - 120 days US $70  sq. m./daily
 

 Dismantling:
    Participants  are  requested  to dismantle the stands and pavilions
 and  installations  (indoor  and  outdoor)  at least 20 days after the
 termination  of  the  fair,  Otherwise  the  centre will dismantle the
 stands  and  pavilions  and installations at the participants expenses
 and they will have no right to demand compensation.
    If  due  to  any  disputes  exhibits  could  not be evacuated, such
 exhibits will become under the above mentioned charge.
    If  the  exhibits  are  not removed from the fair ground within 120
 days  after  the  termination  of  the fair, will be impounded by the
 centre.
    If  the  value  of  the  impounded  goods  is less than the storage
 charges then the centre will take legal action for the differences.
