 Article 4. Submission of Application Forms

    1-  All  the  application  forms  should  be sent to the centre for
 approval not later than three months before the opening of the fair.
    2-  Requests  for  space and services would not be of value without
 receiving the appropriate forms.
    3-  The application forms regarding the requests for the space will
 be  considered  by the centre and the participants will  be advised of
 the  centre's  final  decision  not  later  than two months before the
opening of the fair.
    4- The centre reserves the right for acceptance or rejection of the
 application forms.
    5-  Participants  at the previous fairs shall not have the right to
 request  the same space as held by them previously, unless they obtain
 the prior approval of the centre.
    6-  Participants are not allowed to sublet or share with others the
 space allocated to them.
    7-  The  stand  or  pavilion  will  be  put  at the disposal of the
 participants  one  month  before the opening happens. To occupy an area
 larger  than  the space which has been applied by application form, he
 should  fill  in a new application form and pay the rent in conformity
 with actual area occupied after receiving the approval of the centre.
    9-  The  centre may in exceptional circumstances revise the area or
 site  rented,  or  change  its  location  at least one month before the
 opening of the fair.
    10-  Participant  wishing  to cancel his participation at the fair,
 should  inform the centre of his decision at least on month before the
 opening  of  the fair and pay 10% of the total rental charges. In case
 of  the  non-consideration  of  the  said  deadline (withdraws during a
 month) the applicant remains liable for all the financial commitments
 and  the  expenses  incurred on his account and shall have no right to
 claim compensation.
