5. Conditions of Payment
1- When a participant applying for a stand or pavilion, an advance
payment
of 50% of the rental charges is required, the balance must be
paid
before the beginning of the construction of one month before the
opening of
the fair, which ever is earlier.
2- Participants utilizing prefabricated stands or other decoration
materials
(Other than prefabricated stands of EPCI) must pay 15% of
their
contracted amount signed with the related contractors.
Above
mentioned
calculation shall be based on the contracted amount
and
minimum
calculation will be Tariffs of EPCI in this
regard if no
contracts
is submitted or stand material belongs to the participant.
3- Participants requesting space with prefabricated
stands from
EPCI
must pay 20% of total requested spaces fee, if
they decline
participation
one month before opening of the fair. No refund shall be
made
if participants decline to participate
less than one month
before the
opening of the fair.
4- A fee of Rials. 50,000 (for local products) and US $1000.00 (for
foreign
products) per each square meter shall be charged
to those
participants
who exhibit their goods or advertise out of their booth
territory
without prior authorization of EPCI.
5- Participants are authorized to repack or collect their exhibit
goods
next day of closing day of the
fair. If seen otherwise,
participants
shall be charged Rls. 50,000 (for local products) and US
$500,00 (for
foreign products) per each square meter of their booth.
6- Payments may be effected in US
Dollar or any convertible
currency to:
EPCI account no. 50074 BANK MELLI IRAN ESKAN BRAHCN.
7- In order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding payments
the
Exhibitors
are requested to advise the centre the exact date
and
amount
of remittance and the Bank through which the amount has been
remitted.
8- The centre reserves the right to keep the exhibitor's
propertyuntil
the debt regarding the participation are fully paid.
