6. Exhibits
1- In compliance with the trade policy of the Islamic Republic
of
Iran,
Capital and Intermediate goods assume of higher priority, and
centre
reserves the right to refuse the display
of luxury and
unnecessary
consuming goods.
2- In addition to all goods which are forbidden
to be imported
according
to the latest import export regulations of
the Islamic
Republic
of Iran, Exhibiting of articles such
as ammunitions,
Explosives,
Narcotics and Alcoholic beverages
are forbidden.
(participant
wishing to demonstrate ammunitions must obtain the prior
approval of
the centre).
3- Participants are responsible for the
safeguarding of their
exhibits during
the visiting hours, of the fair. The centre takes the
same
responsibility after the closing hours, during the period of the
fair.
4- Participants may carry out
demonstration on tools and
machineries
after obtaining the approval of the centre.
All necessary precautions should be taken when such demonstrations
are
conducted. All responsibilities will be born by the exhibitors
if
damage is
done to the fair ground.
