7. Construction of the Pavilions and Stands
1- Participants shall erect their pavilions at their own expenses.
2- Participants should submit two sets of the designs
and plans
pertaining
to the construction of their pavilions or
open stands
indicating
horizontal and vertical projections and points of services
such as Telephone,
Electricity and water.
These
sets should be submitted in a period not later
than 45 days
before opening
of the fair to the centre.
3- Designs shall be approved within two weeks
from the date of
submitting
them. Participants have no right to commence erecting the
stands
or pavilions unless they obtain the prior
approval of the
centre.
4- The centre has the right necessary amendments
on the designs
submitted
by the participants if they were inconsistent
to the
technical
or public safety instructions.
5- Participants are bound to carry
out the approved designs
otherwise
the centre shall have the right to remove all constructions
which
contradict the amendments at the participants expenses and they
will have
no right to demand compensation.
6- Working in stands and pavilions and display of exhibits
should
be completed
2 days before the opening day. The participants should
remove
all unnecessary materials and empty cases
from the fair.
Otherwise
the centre will remove the said
materials at the
participants
expenses and they will have no
right to demand
compensation.
7- Participants have no right to make any changes or alternations
on the buildings,
and open areas without prior approval of the centre.
8- Participants occupying open space are
not authorized to use
construction
materials or to establish any
facilities or any
construction
activities. Otherwise, EPCI shall prevent such activities
and related
losses shall be charged to each participants account.
