Part I  -  Home-made  goods  and  goods already cleared under various customs procedures

    Particulars  of  such  goods should be written in the entrance form
 which  is  supplied  in  three  copies  by  the  Fairs  Customs.  Upon
 completion of this form, first copy is submitted to Fairs Organization
 and  the second copy to Fairs Customs. Imported goods are assessed and
 controlled by custom assessors and upon termination of assessment, they
 are  sent  to  the  pertinent customs booth. The third copy is kept by
 participants  and  introduced  to customs officers, and when the goods
 leave  the  fair  premises  and  exit permission  is  issued.  The kind
 attention  of  participants  is  draw  to the fact that the third copy
 should  bear  the  seal  and signature of customs and fairs' officers,
 otherwise  goods  may  not  leave  fairs'  enclosure. Further, they are
 invited to take good care of the third copy of the entrance form.
